Forged in the fires of a love for a blend of minimal sparse production, folk samples, and live instruments, it crafts a sonic landscape that can be chaotic, but still cohesive.
I didn’t like this album for a long time. I felt as if its smug aura, mocked me. Now, I realize both that I am WAY too hard on myself (shocker), and that it’s the product of a man who isn’t here anymore. and thats okay. Sometimes our art stays the same where we change and that doesn’t make it lesser.
Honestly, this album wouldn’t have seen the light of day without killvongard. Thank you for the added push my friend.
